Daniel Ewert




Daniel M. Ewert practices civil litigation for clients throughout the states of Florida and Wyoming. He handles all kinds of business litigation matters, including construction, employment, contract and tort claims. He also practices copyright, trademark and licensing law. Mr. Ewert has served as executive counsel of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association and as chair of the First Circuit Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, District A.

Mr. Ewert graduated cum laude from Western Washington University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. He received his juris doctorate degree, cum laude, from Baylor Law School in 2002. While at Baylor Law School he served as senior executive editor of the Baylor Law Review.
